Can I order single color printing?
Yes, you can order single color even 2, 3 and full color printing from us.
Is there extra charge for diecut?
There are no extra charges for die-cut even die-cut is free at all.
How do I order multiple designs?
You can order multiple designs for single and multiple dimensions. Just send us your designs with specifications and we will print them as per your requirement.
Will you match the colors of my computer screen?
There can be a minor variation between a computer screen and offset print. Electronic systems such as televisions and computers use RGB colors to display an image while, offset printing uses CMYK and Pantone colors.
What is your turnaround time?
Our standard turnaround time is 8 - 10 business days. Please visit our turnaround page to get more information regarding this.
Which courier company do you use to ship orders?
We can use DHL, FedEx, and UPS which would be best.
What are your shipping charges?
There is no shipping fee, we offer free shipping and handling within USA & Canada. If you are from other country/territory then maybe some shipping charges.
Do you ship outside US?
Yes, We ship internationally.
Do you offer fastest shipping?
We have multiple shipping and turnaround options available, you can prefer one of them. Please visit our turnaround page.
Can I print custom/own artwork?
Yes, If you have the design ready, you can use it to print. Otherwise, ask us for free design help.
How can I track my order?
Simple is that, after placing an order, you can track using a set of numbers given by us.
How do I view my proof?
Before printing process, we send a digital proof via email. You can see your box in 3D and flat look. If you find any fault, don't pass the proof and ask us for correction. Oppositely, sign the proof.
How to place an order?
Ordering with us is very simple. Just follow these steps.

  4. Pay your bill. After payment, you will receive shipment within 8 - 10 Business Days.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay using credit/debit card and PayPal.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
We print minimum 100 boxes/pcs.
Do you offer design services?
Yes, we can design a box template, die-line and complete artwork for you.
How much does a graphic design cost?
Our design service is free.
Which printing method you use?
We print boxes using digital printing, screen printing and offset printing technology.
Which graphic design file formats you accept?
We require the design of minimum 300dpi (high-resolution) and following file formats.

Can I get sample before ordering?
You can get the hard-copy proof of your box by paying a little amount. If you have placed an order, then there will be no sample fee.
How can I get wholesale prices?
Wholesale prices are for those who buy 500 boxes/units or more.
How can I rush my order?
We do rush jobs. Contact us with your order number and we will print and ship your box within 5 business days.
